Angela J. Grayson is the Principal Member at Precipice IP, PLLC, a strategic technology law boutique specializing in patent, trademark, copyright, and data law issues for emerging software, materials, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies. Prior to founding Precipice IP, Ms. Grayson was most immediately Associate General Counsel, Intellectual Property and Patent Operations Lead at Walmart Stores, Inc.  Prior to joining Walmart, Ms. Grayson had previous experience as in-house patent counsel for several Fortune® 100 companies, as well as prior experience as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
